Good location in the heart of the city. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
From evening to morning in the hotel rooms did not have hot water. In the hotel is clogged filter and was repaired just after departure from the hotel.

Localisation is fantastic just in the old town center.
Weak WI-FI connection, lack of own parking, to get into the hotel you need to pass throught the shop (hotel reception and the hotel begins on the second floor)

Though there was no leave luggage room, the frontdesk lady allowed me to leave a luggage in the room where I occupied for the nextday booking.

location, working wifi connection (for 3€ / 24 hours), i liked the Booked.net customer service
they wanted to charge me about 50€ more for 2 nights because of an exibition on traide faire (after checking it with Booked.net i payed the price that was on the reservation)

The hotels location was perfect. It was located in the inner city wall and close enough to the train station that we could walk to our hote.
We were notified that the room we were going to have, experienced water damage. We were given a smaller room but at a reduced price.

The room was very spacious. The hotel was near most major attractions. We definitely would stay at this hotel again.
As others have written, there is a walk up to the reception area, so would be difficult if you had very large bags.

Very kind service from the reception. LOcation very central close to Metro.
I had to pay 1 Euro for Internet more than 1 hour. THis was not clear in the description but I do not mind this low cost.

Very Central. Friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable bed. Good Breakfast. Lots of good brochures. Very good value for price.
When I first saw it I thought OH NO! However I soon got over the fact that it is above shops and you have to go through shops to get to it. It ticked all the boxes otherwise.Check-in time was quite late, but we were able to leave our cases
